Special features
Due to safety regulations and high quality standards, the quality, dimensional accuracy and coating of each tray is documented and approved using a checklist.
Delivery times
The delivery time is between 3 and 4 weeks, depending on the complexity.
The EX trays are manufactured according to specific quality guidelines and tolerances and are 100% tested.
The base material is steel with a coating and color of your choice.
The standard coating is PE applied using a fluidized bed sintering process in the colors RAL 7021, RAL 1028, RAL 2002, JH-GR, and RAL 9005.
For all other RAL colors, the tray is PE-coated and then finished with wet paint.
Upon request, the tray can also be PUR-coated and painted in the required color.
