The SHOCK rack is used in civil defense and military applications to secure telecommunications.
Special features
The SHOCK rack was developed according to specific customer requirements. The requirement was that the rack not only withstand the shock resulting from a plane crash or an atomic bomb, but also absorb a large portion of the shock so that the battery would continue to reliably supply power afterwards.
Delivery times
Both the SHOCK rack and the CAVOFLEX® spring elements are custom-made products with a delivery time of 8 weeks. Please also take the planning and design phase into account.
In addition to DIN EN 50272, specific customer requirements were taken into account in the design.
The base material is steel, which is coated with a high-quality PE using a fluidized bed sintering process. The standard color is RAL 7021 black-grey. This is complemented by CAVOFLEX® spring elements made of aluminum and stainless steel.
