There are several types that differ only minimally from a DIN tray; here we help you find the right tray.
Delivery times
Thanks to our extensive stock of raw trays, standard custom trays in the colors RAL 7021, RAL 1028, RAL 2002, JH-GR and RAL 9005 can be delivered within 2 days, and custom colors within 5 days. Custom trays not in stock have a delivery time of 1-2 weeks.
The special trays are manufactured according to German quality standards and, after coating, are 100% tested for breakdown voltage at 5 kV and marked with a quality assurance seal. The trays also comply with DIN EN 62485-3 (formerly VDE 0510-47 and DIN EN 50272-3).
The base material is steel with a coating and color of your choice.
Standard is a PE coating applied using a fluidized bed sintering process in the colors RAL 7021, RAL 1028, RAL 2002, JH-GR, and RAL 9005.
For common special colors such as RAL 2000, the tray is PE-coated and then powder-coated with RAL 2000, which, unlike wet paint, is more resistant to mechanical stress.
For all other RAL colors, the tray is PE-coated and then top-coated with wet paint.
Upon request, the tray can also be PUR-coated and painted in the required color.
