The STEPPED cabinet is suitable for housing open batteries. It can be used in all areas, especially where the customer requires protection from contact with the battery.
Special features
What makes these cabinets special is that they can be calculated and drawn in our software, that you can find plenty of accessories in the software, and that the step supports offer optimal ventilation of the battery and are very stable.
Delivery times
We have all the individual cabinet components in stock. All we need to do is assemble the cabinet and then we can deliver it. For individual cabinets, the delivery time is a maximum of one week; for larger quantities or modular cabinet systems, it's two to three weeks.
STEPPED cabinets meet all requirements of DIN EN IEC 62485-2. The components are electrically connected to each other via contact discs. A supplied grounding bolt allows you to freely choose the ground connection. The step supports and profiles inside the cabinet are PE-coated and therefore insulated.
The base material is primarily steel sheet coated using an electrophoretic process. We supply STEPPED cabinets in RAL 7032. RAL 7035 and RAL 7016 are available from stock as options. Other RAL colors are available upon request.
