Your tasks
- Organization of the smooth running of the manufacturing processes
- Timely processing of orders and monitoring of the production flow in close coordination with the production manager
- Ensuring ongoing quality control
- Professional and disciplinary management of employees
- Ensuring production and workplace safety
- Active participation including preparatory work, if required by the order situation
- Guidance and professional support for production assistants, new employees and trainees
Your profile
- Completed technical training, for example as an industrial mechanic, precision mechanic or similar; alternatively, many years of experience in production with the aim of further development
- Experience in professional and disciplinary management in a manufacturing company
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
- Good technical understanding and the ability to complete work orders professionally
- Excellent German skills, both spoken and written; additional foreign languages are welcome
