You come from a technical background, can not only read drawings but truly understand them, and enjoy developing clean, well-thought-out solutions from customer requirements. We are looking for a technically trained individual who combines design, project thinking and practical implementation – someone who can calculate offers, create CAD drawings and provide technical support for projects.
Your tasks
- Preparation of offers based on customer inquiries and existing room and project drawings
- Transfer and maintenance of offer and project data in the merchandise management system
- Creation and management of articles in the merchandise management system
- Creation of technical drawings in 2D and 3D, ideally in Solid Edge
- Close coordination with production to ensure that designs can be implemented cleanly in practice
- Direct exchange with customers regarding offers, orders and technical project questions, especially in the European environment
- Support in day-to-day operations regarding technical clarifications, special cases and ad-hoc project requirements
Your profile
- Completed technical training, for example as a technical product designer, packaging technologist, design engineer, technician or with a comparable background
- Good technical understanding and the ability to confidently read spatial drawings and translate them into implementable solutions
- Experience with 2D and 3D CAD programs; ideally with Solid Edge
- Practical experience in steel construction or a comparable technical environment is desirable
- Enjoyment of individual solutions and tasks that require thinking along the way
- Excellent German skills as well as very good English skills, both spoken and written
