Your tasks
- Leadership and further development of the team in the order center and construction
- Managing the timely order processing of our solutions for stationary battery systems
- Central coordination between customers, your team, as well as production, purchasing and logistics
- Early identification of bottlenecks, setting priorities, and ensuring binding solutions
- Responsibility for order management, procurement, data quality and delivery capability
- Optimization and standardization of processes as well as active shaping of collaboration at the interfaces
- Presence in day-to-day operations and independent support and representation of the local management
Your development opportunitiesThis position is explicitly designed as a development role with long-term prospects. With appropriate development, there is the opportunity to gradually assume additional responsibility and advance to the position of Deputy Head of Department. Therefore, we are not looking for the perfect resume, but rather a personality with potential and the willingness to take on responsibility and grow with us.
Your profile
- Completed technical or commercial training related to an industrial environment – preferably with additional qualifications as a master craftsman/woman or technician, or studies in a relevant field
- Technical understanding and the willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
- Clear, binding and respectful communication
- Self-initiative and the willingness to make decisions
- Quick comprehension and the ability to understand interdisciplinary connections
- Structured, solution-oriented and pragmatic working method
- Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
