Careful pretreatment
Before the coating is applied, each trough undergoes a comprehensive pretreatment. This thorough preparation ensures optimal adhesion and lays the foundation for a permanently durable surface.
Coating testing with post-treatment
All troughs undergo a 100% penetration test. Each coating is thoroughly tested and, if necessary, immediately reworked – for maximum safety, consistently high quality, and reliable corrosion protection.
Corrosion protection through coated eyelets
The eyelets are inserted before the coating is applied, ensuring they are completely enclosed. This creates a continuous protective layer that permanently prevents corrosion and makes the trough particularly durable.
Individual color design
