The PUR trays are mainly used in very large battery-powered vehicles from various manufacturers that require high battery performance and a long service life.

Delivery Times
Since these troughs are made to order, the delivery time is between 3-4 weeks.
The PUR trays are manufactured to German quality standards, are 100% tested for quality and dimensional accuracy during the raw trough construction and, after coating, are 100% tested for breakdown with 5 kV and given a QS seal. The troughs also comply with DIN EN 62485-3 (formerly VDE 0510-47 and DIN EN 50272-3).
The base material is steel with a PUR coating and wet painted in the color of your choice.
For larger quantities of PUR, the troughs can also be coated directly in the desired PUR color.
