We are completely traditional in this matter: a handshake is a handshake. A word is a word. That is binding for us. In this area, we are happy to leave the "Tinder mentality" to others. We strive for long-term partnerships and attach far greater and more lasting importance to this than any possible short-term economic success or monetary savings.

In the film "The Amazing Spider-Man" it says: "With great strength comes great responsibility." Now AIB KUNSTMANN is not a superhero, but just as every individual can do something for their environment, so can a company. And that is what we do. Because we are grateful for the opportunities we have had and have, and we firmly believe that it is our responsibility to open up opportunities for others as well - big and small.
In agreement with our employees, we do not hand out Christmas presents, but instead prefer to support Doctors Without Borders and every year we donate to a children's hospice in the Allgäu directly on our doorstep.
In addition, we support our employees' voluntary work, for example in sports clubs or regional projects, through various measures. And of course we also open up opportunities directly through internships and consistent training as well as through targeted further education for our employees.

Creating a pro-environment environment
We come from the Allgäu region. There, you get a healthy understanding of the value and importance of the environment with your mother's milk. As a company, we naturally leave an ecological footprint with our work. But our clear goal is to keep this in the smallest possible shoe size.
We promote environmental awareness and responsibility among our employees through information and training, and we pay great attention to ensuring that all operational processes and product quality are treated with care for the environment. Environmental pollution is to be continuously reduced or, ideally, avoided entirely, as far as economically viable.
With our recyclable EcoTray, we have developed a globally unique solution with an eye on the environment, which will hopefully encourage a rethink in the use of battery trays in the future.
