Our core business is the production of battery trays for rechargeable cells. These trays are made of sheet metal and coated with a homogeneous polyethylene plastic, which not only provides reliable corrosion protection but, more importantly, electrically insulates the inserted cells.

The plastic surface of the steel battery tray is also resistant to acidic environments, such as those that can occur when a cell is mechanically damaged. Our series production focuses on standard and large-scale production in a highly automated environment, as well as other special trays according to customer-specific requirements.
